Charles Paterson opened the special meeting of the Board Of Adjustment for Case
#03-04. There was not a quorum present for the public hearing on 803 East
Dm:ant, Le Chairvaux Condominium. Mr. Paterson continued the public heanng to
January 8, 2004. Staffin attendance: Sarah Oates, City of Aspen Zoning Officer
and Jackie Lothian, Deputy City Clerk.
