COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THIS
SECOND AMENDED PLAT OF THE LBH ASSOCIATION CONDOMINIUMS.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
UNIT A AND UNIT B, LBH ASSOCIATION CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE
CONDOMINIUM MAP THEREOF RECORDED JUNE 18, 1982 IN PLAT BOOK 13 AT
PAGE 63 AND THE FIRST AMENDED PLAT THEREOF RECORDED MARCH 22, 1995 IN
PLAT BOOK 36 AT PAGE 82, OF THE PITKIN COUNTY REAL PROPERTY RECORDS.
