AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING GENERAL FUND REVENUES OF $5,000;
APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $133,900; RECLASSIFYING
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EXPENDITURES WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND OF $500;
TRANSFERRING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EXPENDITURES OF $227,834 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE CITY HALL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND;
TRANSFERRING $102,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE CITY HALL
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; APPROPRIATING HOUSING / DAYCARE FUND
EXPENDITURES OF $ ~,~ ; APPROPRIATING CITY HALL CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND EXPENDITURES OF $869,834;
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the city Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation
in the General Fund and the Housing / Daycare Fund; and
unappropriated prior year fund balance available in the General
Fund and the City Hall Capital Improvement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain
expenditures, revenues and transfers must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund and
the Housing / Daycare Fund, and unappropriated prior year fund
balance available in the General Fund and the City Hall Capital
Improvement Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental
appropriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.

Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase ior
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
day of ~ , 1992, at 5:00 p.mo in the
City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.

city Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at its regular meeting
