CONTRACT RENEWAL OPTION EXERCISED
Between the City of Aspen and Pattillo Associates Engineers
The City of Aspen and Pattillo Associates Engineers hereby exercise the option to renew a
contract, entered into on March 27, 2017 and approved by City Council by Resolution#51,
Series 2017, for as-needed structural engineering services. The renewal option begins March 27,
2018 and ends March 31, 2019. The terms of the renewal are listed in the agreement. Invoices
will be paid Net 30.
The parties acknowledge and understand that this Contract Renewal Option is, except as specifically
amended hereinabove, subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the original signed City
of Aspen Service Agreement and General Conditions for Service Agreements and by this reference
made a part hereof.
Having agreed to the above and foregoing,the parties heieto do affix their signatures.
