A tract of land as shown and described as Lot 1A, Aspen Meadows Subdivision herein, have

hereon.
The Owner and Subdivider its successors and assigns, in consideration of acceptance of
this plat and land development approvals, covenants and agrees that it will join any
improvement district, which benefits the property herein described, formed for the purposes
