The amendment will relocate three of the walls which separate the Units to make the internal floor plan of each unit function better. The relocated walls result in no change to the Unit Floor Area and Net Livable calculations. LAND USE CODE REVIEW CRITERIA: Chapter 26.480 SUBDIVISION 26.480.050 ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISIONS A. CONDOMINIUMIZATION The proposed plat amends the boundaries of residential dwelling units 301 and 302 of the Aspen Core Subdivision. The plat amendment does not affect the division of the parcels into multiple lots, an aggregation of the parcel with other lands, a change in the use of the property and does not abate other applicable regulations affecting the property. The relocation of the boundary wall produces no change to the calculated Floor Area and Net Livable Area of each unit from the original Plat.
