Vice-chairman Les Hoist opened the public hearing. No comment from the
public. Public hearing closed.
Amy: I have given you a copy of the resolution and we have discussed this
project several times. At our last review of the project Jake gave us a site
plan that showed light wells for the historic cottage and the drawings clearly
said five feet deep but in the memo I said four feet and I need to clarify that
the representations for the drawings were five feet and that needs to be
included in the motion.
MOTION: Martha moved to approve the historic landmark lot split at
123 W. Francis Lots C, D and E and the east 1/2 of B, Block 56, City and
Townsite of Aspen, dividing the property into two legally separate
parcels of 5, 250 sqft. each. The entire fathering property has been
approved as a historic landmark. The window wells are five feet deep as
indicated on the drawings rather than four feet which was previously
approved; second by Sven. All in favor, motion carries.
Les moved to adjourn; second by Martha. All in favor, motion carries.
Meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
