I included some other clean-up Items on the survey work and there are 5 transfers total, 3 between city and county, These are things we probably should have done at th~ time of developing that area, Other than the youth center, the plat includes transferring the elevator to the city garage to the city (its now on county land) and the dedication of the county portion of the turnaround to the Galena ROVV. The City to City transfers clean up old plating of Galena ROW to reflect the turn arollnd.. To the extent you both are ok with this plat or have agreed upon changes, I can have mylars made for recording.
