Aspen, Colorado, the Official Map of the City of
Aspen prepared by G.E Buchanan dated December
15, 1959, the GPS control monumentation map for
the City of Aspen prepared by Drexel Barrell dated
September 23, 1999, documents of record and the
found Lot and Block corner survey monuments, as
shown.
5) This survey does not constitute a title search
by Sopris Engineering, LLC (SE) to determine
ownership or easements of record. For all
information regarding easements, rights of way
and/or tine
of record, SE relied upon tAe
above said items described in note 4.
