Howard DeLuca opened the special meeting of the Board Of Adjustment with
member Mark Hesselschwerdt present. Rick Head, Bill Murphy and Charles
Paterson were not present. Staff in attendance: David Hoefer, Assistant Attorney;
Sarah Oates, City of Aspen Zoning Officer and Jackie Lothian, Deputy City Clerk.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING (11/06/03 & 01/08/04):
Case 03-04 - Request for a variance from the front yard setback requirements
to reconstruct an existing deck at 803 East Durant, Le Clairvaux
Condominiums (continued from 11/06/03 & 01/08/04).
Howard DeLuca opened the continued public hearing; there was not a quorum so
the meeting was rescheduled to February 12, 2004.
Seth Hmielowski, architect for the applicant, and unit owner Stephen Wright were
present.
