. Comments: Hi Mike-I need a couple of changes:
1. Robert M4rry is the owner of the property so we need his signature block
instead of Tim's
2. We need a plat note which states: "Lqt . Line Adjustment will not affect
development rights, including an increase in FAR, or permitted density of
the affected lots."
3. We also need the original lot sizes document onJhe plat.
4. Finally, we need to get the title informatign worked out and I'm not sure if
you are aware. of what is going on or if I need to contact the title 90. they
are working with. Please let me know at 920-5441. Thanks.

RE: Comments on Riverside Subdivision Lot Line Adjustment Plat
The following comments to the Riverside Subdivi$ion Plat need to be addre$sed
prior to submission for recordation. Due to the number ofchcmges to the plat,
we recommend that the applicant submit another papefcdpy prior to submitting
mylars.
1. The plat must have the following signature blocks. For your use,
attached are typical signature blocks.
. Surveyors Signature Block (to be signed and stamped by surveyor
prior to submission of mylars)
. Owner's Certificate (to be signed and stamped by surveyor prior to
submission of mylars)
. Title Certificate (to be signed and stamped by surveyor prior to
submission of mylars)
. City Community Development Engineer
. Community Development Director
. County Clerk and R(3corder
2. Take the word "proposed" off title.
3. Add brief purpose statement beneath the title.
4. Provide a Basis of Bearing and Point of Beginning to the survey.
Remove note "basis of bearing = to be shown at time of survey".
5. Give date. of survey in the surveyor's signature block.
6. Correct or give an explanation for the apparent bust in the survey at
point 4.
7. Label the easement and provide the easement reception numbers.
8. Show a vicinity map (preferred sc~le 1'=500'. or 1 "=.1 ogo').
9. All lot corhers of the tlJllC) l()tsl11u~tbemonumented. Monuments are to
be shown on the plat as $(3t ()r fC)411C!'
10. Show all major improvements tc) the sitein9lyging building footprints,
driveways, fences, walks, and the edge of pavement for Riverside
Drive.
11. Label Riverside Drive and label the width of the R.O.W.
