Robert Murry is the owner of the property so we need his signature block instead of Tim's 2. We need a plat note which states: "Lot Line Adjustment will not affect development rights, including an increase in FAR, or permitted density of the affected lots." 3. We also need the original lot sizes document on the plat. 4. Finally, we need to get the title information worked out and I'm not sure if you are aware of what is going on or if I need to contact the title co. they are working with. Due to the number of changes to the plat, we recommend that the applicant submit another paper copy prior to submitting mylars. 1. The plat must have the following signature blocks. For your use, attached are typical signature blocks. • Surveyors Signature Block (to be signed and stamped by surveyor prior to submission of mylars) • Owner's Certificate (to be signed and stamped by surveyor prior to submission of mylars) • Title Certificate (to be signed and stamped by surveyor prior to submission of mylars) • City Community Development Engineer • Community Development Director • County Clerk and Recorder 2:. Take the word "proposed" off title. 3. Add brief purpose statement beneath the title. ,'t. Provide a Basis of Bearing and Point of Beginning to the survey.
