Re: Brebner/Teuscher Lot Line Adjustment Plat-Community
Development Department Comments
lease make the following amendments to the draft plat:
Include a purpose statement below the title that reads, "The purpose of
this plat is to adjust the common lot line between Lots 124 and 126 of
the Smuggler Park Subdivision. " ,
Add a plat note that states: "This lot line adjustment shaH not create'W~$ll(i
any additional development rights and no additional permitted density
or allowable FAR shall be allotted to either of the properties as a
result of this lot line adjustment.
Show roadway easement on the plat that allows for the existing
carport to be maintained in the right-of-way. MditiomUy, obtain a

Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Comml,mity
Development Director, City Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder prior to submitting 2 corrected mylar copies to Community
Development Department for approval. Also, please include a
payment made out to the City of Aspen, for $475 for the plat review.
There will also be a recording fee of $11- please make check out to
the Pitkin County Clerk'and Recorder's Office. '
