Include a purpose statement below the title that reads, "The purpose of this plat is to adjust the common lot line between Lots 124 and 126 of the Smuggler Park Subdivision. 2. Add a plat note that states: "This lot line adjustment shall not create* any additional development rights and no additional permitted density or allowable FAR shall be allotted to either of the properties as a result of this lot line adjustment. 3. Show roadway easement on the plat that allows for the existing carport to be maintained in the right-of-way.
