GENERAL NOTES:
1. The purpose of this condominium map is to reflect interior renovations completed per a City of Aspen Building
Permit (0069.2005.ACBK) that created two distinct spaces now labeled as units C-4111 and C-4209. These
units were previously identified as a single unit C-4111.
2. NOTICE: According to Colorado law you must commence any legal action based upon any defect in this
survey within three years after you first discover such defect. In no event may any action based upon any
defect in this survey be commenced more than ten years from the date of the certification shown hereon.
3. Date of Survey. 02/2017
4. This property is subject to Declaration of Condominium for Aspen Highlands Condominiums, recorded January 11, 2001
at Reception No. 450454 in the Office of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder.
5. This property is subject to easements, rights of way and other matters as set forth on the plat of Aspen Highlands
Village P.U.Q. recorded October 15, 1998 in Plat Book 47 at Page 1 and as shown on the supplemental plat recorded
September 28, 1999 in Plat Book 51 at Page 41 as Reception No. 436003, all in the Office of the Pitkin County Clerk
and Recorder.
6. This property is subject to any and all easements, rights of way, plat notes and all other matters as shown on
the plat of Aspen Highlands Condominiums — Phase 1, a Colorado common interest condominium, according to the plat
recorded January 11, 2001 in Plat Book 56 at Page 24 as Reception No. 450455.
7. See Land Title Guarantee Company Commitment No. Q384694, dated August 1, 2003 for all title information.
