WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a change order request to address emergency pipe replacements on Mill and Bleeker Streets; and WHEREAS, a contract setting forth the terms and conditions regarding the Mill Street Complete Streets Project between the City of Aspen, Colorado, and Haselden Construction, a true and accurate copy of which is attached to the contract as Exhibit `B", was adopted by Resolution#110, Series 2017, on September 25, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves a change order to the contract between the City of Aspen and Haselden Construction, a copy of which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen.
