Dear Mrs. Cutting:
On August 31st in a study session of the Planning and Zoning
Commission, zoning of your annexation was discussed. The
Commission request I inform you that the consensus of the
Commission is to zone this annexation R-15. R-15 in this
ar~a would require an amendment to the Master Plan.
If you have any objections to this consensus of the Commis-
sion, please let them know as soon as possible.

We, the undersigned, being landO\mers w~_thinthe
exterior boundaries of the territory hereinafter described,
do hereby respectfully petition the City Council of the City
of Aspen, Colorado, 'to annex said territory to the City in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 139, Colorado Re-
vised Statutes, 1963, as amended, and allege as follO\}s:
1. That it is desirable and necessary the such
territory be annexed to the Municipality.
