Development Department's Comments
Please have the following amendments made to the Lot 19 Plat:
1. JChange Title to read "First Amended Plat of Lot 19, Block G, of the
Moore Family PUD/Subdivision. This plat amends the plat recorded
in Plat Book 45 at Page 81 in the records of the Pitkin County Clerk
and recorder.
2. vIilc1ude Vicinity Map on the plat.
3. /l](emove the City Council's Signature Block.
4. >-Label the amount of square footage being added and removed from
the building envelope.
5. -fi\mend City Engineer's Signature Block to read Community
Development Engineer.
6. Obtain signed letter of consent from the owner of Lot 18.
7. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting mylars to
Community Development Department.

Dear Sara,
Please accept this request for plat amendment to Lot 19 Moore Family Subdivision, PUD.
I am including a check for $500 as the application fee. The revised plat will be delivered
to your office directly from our surveyor, Jeff Tuttle.
As we have discussed, the new survey will show a proposed trade off of about 100 sq ft
that will be added to the east side of the envelope as a sort of square "pop-out" to include
the utility fence, and subtracted from the west end of the envelope.
Tuttle has committed to getting the revised survey, with all appropriate signature blocks,
to you by July 31 ". He is proposing that he send a paper copy first, for your comments, to
be followed by a milar that would reflect your comments.
