I " ..-Y.-~ " PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ASPEN REQUEST: The undersigned petitioner, being the sole landowner within the exterior boundary of the territory hereinafter des- cribed, respectfully requests the City Council of the City of Aspen to approve the annexation of the proposed area to be anne~ed in>accordance with the provisions of 1973 CRS Title 31, Arti~le 8, and in support thereof alleges: 1. It is necessary and desirable that the territory described below be annexed to the City of Aspen. 2. The requirements of 1973 CRSSection 31-8-104 and 31-8-105 exist or have been met. 3. The petitioner is the sole owner. of the territory sought to be annexed and therefore the owner of more than 50% of the territory sought to be annexed. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The legal description of the land owned by Petitioner for which annexation is sought is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
