Hopkins Ave Apartments, Madsen, S.E. a Sec. 12 T10S i LJ �/ A REQUEST: PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ASPEN The undersigned petitioner, being the sole landowner within the exterior boundary of the territory hereinafter des- cribed, respectfully requests the City Council of the City of Aspen to approve the annexation of the proposed area to be annexed in'accordance with the provisions of 1973 CRS Title 31, i Article 8, and in support thereof alleges: 1. It is necessary and desirable that the territory described below be annexed to the City of. Aspen. 2. The requirements of 1973 CRS Section 31-8-104 and 31-8-105 exist or have been met. 3. The petitioner is the sole owner of the territory sought to be annexed and therefore the owner of more than 50% of the territory sought to be annexed. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The legal description of the land owned by Petitioner for which annexation is sought is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
