HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.hpc.016-1998 HPC Resolution, Page 1 RESOLUTION OF THE ASPEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION APPROVING A MINOR REVIEW FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 107 SOUTH MILL STREET, ASPEN, COLORADO. RESOLUTION No. / 6 WHEREAS the applicants, Dan and Amy Martineau, represented by architect Sven Alstrom, has requested Minor Development Review approval for the .property located at 107 South Mill Street I"Zona"). The property is located within an "H,' Historic Overlay District; and WHEREAS, all developmem in an "II," Historic Overlay District or developmem involving a historic landmark must meet the Development Review Standards of Section 26.72.010(D) of the Aspen Land Use Code in order for HPC to grant approval; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department recommended approval of the aforementioned request with conditions; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held at a regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission on May 27, 1998, at which the Commission approved the request for Minor Development by a vote of seven to zero (7-0). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The HPC hereby approves the Minor Development application for 107 South Mill Street ("Zona") with the following conditions: 1. The window trim, mullions and transom windows shall match those of the existing windows. 2. The color and material of the proposed awning(s) shall be reviewed and approved by the assigned HPC monitor and Community Development staff. 3. Ali new windows and doors shall be set at the same plane as existing, adjacent windows, with the final alignment(s) to be approved by the assigned monitor. 4. All material representations made by the applicant in this application and during hearings shall be adhered m and shall be considered conditions of approval, unless otherwise amended by a decision-making body having the authority to do so.
