Jeffrey Halferty was excused. MOTION: Susan moved to approve the Minutes of Oct. 22 and Dec. 10, 1997; second by Gilbert. All in favor, motion carried. 232 E. HALLAM - CONCEPTUAL - PUBLIC HEARING Chair-person Suzannah Reid opened the public hearing. No public comments. MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and table conceptual on 232 E. Hallam unti[ danuary 28, 1998; second by Gl[bert. All in favor, motion carried. 114 NEALE AVE. - CONCEPTUAL - PUBLIC HEARING Chair-person Suzannah Reid opened the public hearing. No public comments. MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and table conceptual on 114 Neale Ave. untJ[ danuary 28, 1998; second by Gilbert. All in favor, motion carried. 920 W. HALLALM ST. - CONCEPTUAL AND LOT SPLIT PUBLIC HEARING Chair-person Suzannah Reid opened the public hearing. No public comments. MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and table conceptual on 920 W. Hallam until danuary 28, 1998; second by Gilbert. All in favor, motion carried. 930 KING ST. CONCEPTUAL - PUBLIC HEARING ASPEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES OF January 14, 1998 Chair-person Suzannah Reid opened the public hearing. No public comments. Amy relayed that two letters came in on the project and will be presented in the packet at the next meeting. MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and conceptual development on 930 King Street until danuary 28, 1998; second by Gilbert. All in favor, motion carried.
