January 14, 1998
Chair-person Suzannah Reid called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with
Roger Moyer, Gilbert Sanchez, Susan Dodington, Melanie Roschko and
Heidi Friedland present. Jeffrey Halferty was excused.
MOTION: Susan moved to approve the Minutes of Oct. 22 and Dec. 10,
1997; second by Gilbert. All in favor, motion carried.

Chair-person Suzannah Reid opened the public hearing. No public
comments.
MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and table conceptual
on 232 E. Hallam unti[ danuary 28, 1998; second by Gl[bert. All in favor,
motion carried.

HEARING

MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and table conceptual
on 920 W. Hallam until danuary 28, 1998; second by Gilbert. All in favor,
motion carried.

Amy relayed that two letters came in on the project and will be presented in
the packet at the next meeting.
MOTION: Roger moved to continue the public hearing and conceptual
development on 930 King Street until danuary 28, 1998; second by Gilbert.
All in favor, motion carried.
