Recommended mall lease revisions
Menu boards must be flush mounted to the outside of the fence. Two are
permitted. Size for each menu board is four square feet: 1 x 4 or 2x2.
Twinkle lights with no flash are permitted.
Sandwich boards are permitted inside leased premises.
Podiums must be inside leased space.
Waite station permitted within leased premises. Must be removed at the end
of the mall lease.
Portable waite stations are preferable. Must be taken in at night for wildlife
protection. No food or ice to be dispensed from waite station. If beverage is
to be dispensed must have lids. No mixing of drinks at waite station. If
waite station is temporarily affixed for the season it must be sanitized
nightly.
Mall leases are allowed to be up from May 15th through Oct. 15th, Lease
payment is from May 30th through Oct. 1st'
Flower pots are to be attached to the inside of fence. Flower pots are
permitted on the outside but at an additional mall lease fee.
Umbrellas with signage other than business name are permitted. Umbrellas
must be contained within the leased premises.
No tube lighting.
No sandwich boards outside leased space.
No podiums outside the leased space.
