(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE 7th PENNY SALES TAX UN-
APPROPRIATED REVENUES THE SUM OF $81,750.00 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF THE THOMAS PROPERTY ACQUISITION COST OF APPRAISAL OF THE
MIDLAND RIGHT OF WAY, AND FOR CONTINUING MALL MAINTENANCE
FOR THE 1975 BUDGET YEAR
WHEREAS, there remains unappropriated 7th Penny
Sales Tax Revenues and the City Council wishes to authorize
their expenditure for real property acquisition and mall
maintenance as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from 7th Penny Sales
Tax Revenues remaining unappropriated the following expenditures
totaling Eighty One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ($81,750.00)
Dollars:
Seventh Penny Sales Tax ReVenues
Thomas Property Acquisition
Midland Right-of-Way Appraisal
Mall Maintenance
Appropriation
Expenditures Revenues
$ 74,000.00

7th Penny Sales Tax Unappropriated Surplus $81,750.00
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall n~affect other provisions or applications of

the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
