ORDINANCE NO. 76
(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL SIXTH PENNY SALES TAX REVENUES
IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000.00) DOLLARS, AND APPRO-
PRIATING THE SAME FOR PLUM TREE MAINTENANCE, BUCK FENCES, WHEELER
OPERA HOUSE REPAIRS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PARK MAINTENANCE BUILD-
ING AND PLAYING FIELDS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified additional Sixth
Penny Sales Tax Revenues in the amount of Twenty Thousand
($20,000.00) Dollars and wishes to appropriate the excess revenues
as itemized below and pursuant to Section 9.12 of the Aspen Home
Rule Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be recognized additional Sixth Penny Sales
Tax Revenues in the amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars
and that the same be appropriated as follows:
Sixth Penny Sales Tax Fund
Additional Revenues
Plum Tree Maintenance
Bu~k Fences
Wheeler Opera House Repairs
Park Maintenance Building
Playing Fields-Golf Course

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of

the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
That a public hearing on this ordinance be held on the

Council Chambers, City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
