ORDINANCE NO. ~
(Series of 1976)
AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING
REVENUES IN THE SIXTH AND SEVENTH PENNY
SALES TAX REVENUE BOND FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there is
available for appropriation revenues in the Sixth and Seventh
Penny Revenue Bond Funds in excess of those estimated in the
budget for 1976, and corresponding appropriations from these
funds which must be ratified before the close of this year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That revenues be recognized
1973 Sales Tax Revenue Bond Fund

the 1972 Sales Tax Refunding/Acquisition Revenue Bond Fund

Section 3
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 4
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided
by law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at
