AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING $114,299 IN UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING OF SUCH
REVENUES TO CITY COUNCIL, POLICE, JUILDING MAINTENANCE,
COMMUNICATIONS, ANIMAL WARDEN, PARK MAINTENANCE, RECRE-
ATION ACTIVITIES, FINANCE, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND
PLANNING AND LEAVING UNAPPROPRIATED REVENUES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,845
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated
in the budget, and the Council wishes to make supplemental
appropriations therefrom as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be recognized unanticipated revenues and
be made appropriations therefrom in the following manner:

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
vision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by
law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at its
