(Series of 1974)
AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE RETURN OF CERTAIN MONIES ESCROWED
WITH THE CITY OF ASPEN FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO
THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19-101 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has, pursuant to the re-
quirements of Section 19-101 of the Aspen Municipal Code,
required escrowing of funds for sidewalk improvements, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that certain anticipated im-
provements will not be made, nor made in the near future, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to rebate these amounts
to those who paid the same and to authorize the return of these
earmarked monies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the Director of Finance return to the following
persons, associations or corporations, the amounts specified,
which have been escrowed with the City of Aspen pursuant to
the requirements of Section 19-101 of the Aspen Municipal Code:
Ken Kallstrom (11/30/70)
C-B Development (11/05/71)
H. Uhlfelder (12/27/71).
Aspen Chateau Management (07/05/72)
J. Construction (12/05/72)
Greer Construction (12/11/72).
S. Senoner (12/18/72).

Section 2.
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.

A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the
