An ordinance amending Section 2-91 of Chapter 2 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Aspen pertaining to the pay
schedule and position classification of the employees of
the City of Aspen
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1.
Section 2-91 of Chapter 2 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Aspen is hereby amended in its entirety
to read as follows:

Section 2.
If any provision of this Ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
Ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3.
A public hearing on the Ordinance shall be held
