Miklich, Recorder RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves ORDINANCE NO. 30 Series of 1969 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING A PORTION OF WEST ASPEN SUBDIVISION, FILING NO. 2, PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Petition for a portion of West Aspen Subdivision, Filing No. 2, Pitkin County, Colorado, has been signed by the owners of 100% of the property pro- posed to be annexed, exclusive of streets and alleys, and said Petition has been filed with the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Aspen finds that the area seeking annexation is eligible to be annexed because there is at least 1/6th contiguity between the municipality and the area seeking annexation, and that the conditions set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of the Colorado Municipal Annexation Act of 1965 have been met; and that there are no additional terms and conditions to be imposed. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Aspen passed and adopted a Resolution on October 27, 1969 accepting said Petition for annexation, and resolving that said pro- perty be annexed by ordinance.
