OF THE cITY OF ASPEN, coLORADO, pERTAINING TO pERSONNEL, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST.
BE IT oRDAINED by the city council of the City of Aspen,
coloradO:

HOLIDAYS AND LEAVES:

a. Holidays: The following days
are declared paid holidays for all City officers and permanent
and probationary employees with the exception of police and fire
fighting personnel:

3. The fourth day of July (independence Day).

When any holiday listed above fallS on Saturday, the preceeding

introduc~ed, read in full, and passed on first __
reading at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Aspen on August 21 ,196_~7, and publish-
ed in the tspen Times a weekly newspaper of general circul-
ation, published in the City of Aspen, Colorado, in its
issue of August 24 ,196~7, and was finally adopted
and approved at a regular meeting of the City Council on
September 5 ,1967, and ordered published as
Ordinance No. 16 ., Series 196 7, of said City, as
provided by law.
