AN ORDINANCE AMENDiNG TITLE I, CHAPTER 18, OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADo, PERTAINING TO PERSONNEL, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE City Council of the City of Aspen,
Colorado:
S_ection 1: Section 1-18-1, of Title I, Chapter 18, of
the Official Code of the City of Aspen, Colorado, is hereby re-
enacted in its entirety to read as follows:
"1-18-1:
PAY SCHEDULE;
POSITION CLASSIFICATION:
The Employees, Compensation
Plan with salaries for all pay grades is hereby
adopted according to the folloWing schedule in dol-
lars per calendar month:
