BE IT ORDAINED by the city council of the City of Aspen, colorado: Section 1: That the public necessity and convenience which lies require~ that a portXO of state Highway No. 82, in and on a street of said City of Aspen, be widened and re- constructed in accordance with the plans and specifxcatlon of the Department of HighwayS, State of coloradO.
