I mn writing this letter to advise that r~he City Council for the
City of Aspen read on second reading the Cas Ordin~nce governing
installation of gao facilities i~ the City of Aspen. This Ordtnmnce
as read has in it ,n emergency clause so that the ef?ctive .d~.te
would be accelerated accordin~ly. It will be published in tn~s
Fridayes Aspen Tines.
In Section 5 of said Ordinance we have erroneously referred to
the City Nau~er in ~o instances when it should have been the
City Administrator. These changes have been made.
We are in the process of working up a codification of the Ordinances
for the City of Aspen and we anticipate same possible changes. It
is myund~rstandin~ that these will not be substantive changes, but
ratherwillhe changes to more /ully reconcile this with other 0rdi-
nantes of the City for purposes of adninistration. At the time
this is fully crystallized, I will let you know end you will have
opportunity to go over thiswtth us.
Sincerely,
Clinton B. Stewart
