ANNUAL APPROPltIATION ORDINANCE
An Ordinance meklng e.pproprtatlon of moneys and funds to
cover expenditures to be made by the City of Aspen, Colorado
as provided by its Budget for the fiscal year commencing
January let, 1951, and ending December 31st, 1951, inclusive.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ASPEN, COLORADO.
Section 1. That this ordinance shall be known end termed as
the Annual Appropriation Bill for the City of Aspen, Colorsdo,
for the fiscel year beginning on the 1st day of January and end-
lng on the 31st day of December, 1951, inclusive.
Section 2. Thet the ~ums or amounts of money hereinsfter
set out Are termed to be necessary to defrs.y the expense ~nd
li~bilities of said City during s~id fi ecal yeer. ThAt the
revenue to be collected by said City during said fiscal year ie
hereby mede for the objects, purposes and in the respective
amounts as follows:

Sectign 3. That the budget for the City of Aspen, Colorado
is set at $50,080.00 plus three mille on general taxes collected
end such ~mount is hereby AppropriAted for the fiscal year
beginning January let, 1951, and ending December 31st, 1951.
Section 4. Thet all unexpended balance remaining to the
credit of any appropriation herein n~de, after ell bills and
accounte have been paid, shall revert and be transferred to
the respective funds from which ~uch approprietion we s
originelly drawn.

Council of the ~ity of Aepen, Colorado, at a. regular m~eting
of eaid Council, held on October 2nd, A. 'D. 1950.
AdoPted and ordered publiahed by the affirmstive vote of
three-fourths of all members of the City Council of the City of
Asoen, Colorado, st a regular meeting of said City ~o~il held
on-November 6th, A. D. 1950, and approved on the ~' day of
November, A. D. 1950. ·

reading at the regular meeting of the City Council held
October 2, A. D. 1950, and nublished in The A~pen Times,
a weekly new~paper of gener~al circulation published jM~he
City of Aspen, Colorado, in its issue of October
A. D. 1950, and was finally passed, adopted and approved
at the reguls~ meeting of said City Council held November
6th, A. D. 1950, and was ordered published as Ordinance
No. 2 (Series of 1950) of said City, as provided by le~.
