(Series of 1985) A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENTS TO UNIT NO. 2, McARTHUR CONDOMINIUMS WHEREAS~ Unit No. 2, McArthur Condominiums located at 707 Cemetery Lane, is currently restricted to "employee housing" guidelines established pursuant to Ordinance 49-1983, Section 5, adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1983, and the terms and conditions of that purchase and option agreement between the City of Aspen and Paul J. Taddune and Constance E. Taddune, joint tenants, dated December 1, WHEREAS, joint tenants improvements of a permanent aforesaid condominium unit 1983; and have requested approval to make nature to the atrium area of the involving the removal of the sla~e and dirt flooring, and installation of concrete and tile floor, and adding the cost therefor to the repurchase price pursuant to Para- graph 7(c) of the purchase and option agreement; WHEREAS, pursuant to the purchase and option agreement, the City Council's approval must be evidenced by resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 The City Council does hereby authorize the requested improve- ments at Unit No. 2, McArthur Condominiums involving the removal of dirt and flagstone and the installation of concrete and tile flooring in the atrium area of the aforesaid unit, and does hereby approve the addition of labor and material used in making improvements to the repurchase price of the unit pursuant graph 7(c) of the option and purchase agreement.
