REVIEW EXEMPTION TO THE 925 DURANT AVENUE DEVELOPMENT

ceeded through its subsequent reviews, including conceptual and
preliminary plat subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the final plat approval and exemption of the em-
ployee units from competition under the GMP for the 925 Durant
Avenue development have been held in abeyance pending the imposi-
tion of the moratorium in the R-MF zone district, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Office has carefully reviewed the area
and Dulk of the proposed 925 Durant Avenue development and, as a
multi-family development incorporating a substantial numDer of
employee units, finds it reasonably compatible with the require-
ments currently in existence and those under consideration for the
R-MF zone district,

CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO;
