HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.council.012-77RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves RESOLUTION NO. /~ (Series of 1977) WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council deems it advisable to enter into negotiations with Pitkin County for the purpose of determining whether the City should trade part or all of its property known as the Rio Grande Property for Wagner Park, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: That there shall be conducted a special election on October 11, 1977, on the following question: May the City Council trade a part or all of the property known as the Rio Grande Property for certain property owned by Pitkin County known as Wagner Park?
