RESOLUTION NO. ~__
(Series of 1975)
WHEREAS, the City Council did in its Ordinance
No. 8, Series of 1975, reestablish the Aspen Mall Commission
as a temporary commission, expanding its perogatives, and
delegating and redefining the authority of the Commission and
the City Council with respect to the development and regul-
ation of the Aspen Pedestrian Malls, and
WHEREAS, the adoption of Ordinance No. 8 will re-
quire the reappointment of the Mall Commission Membership and
the City Council wishes to reinstate all the present members
of the Commission who wish to continue in that position,
!~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
1. That, on the effective date of Ordinance 57,
Series of 1974, all existing members of the Aspen Mall
Commission who wish to continue their affiliation with the
Commission shall, by virtue of this Resolution, be and are
hereby reappointed for a term of one (1) year from said
effective date.
2. In the event there exists any vacancies on
the Commission, or one or more members does not wish to be
reinstated, the vacancies shall be announced and applications
accepted and reviewed by the City Council all as anticipated
