RESOLUTION NO. ~
(Series of 1973)'
WHEREAS, the owner of certain property known as
the D. R. C. Subdivision has submitted, in accordance
with the zoning ordinances of the City of Aspen, a
Final Planned Unit Development Plan for the lands
contained in said Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission
has approved the said Final Development Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Aspen, Colorado, that all of the lands
contained within the D. R. C. Subdivision be and the
same hereby are rezoned AR-1 Planned Unit Development
in accordance with the Final Planned Unit Development
Plan on file in the office of the City Building
Inspector, and that the Zoning District Map of the
City of Aspen, Colorado, be and the same hereby is
amended accordingly.

STATEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT pursuant to the requirements of The Public Mall
Act of 1970, ~§139-89-1 et. seq. of the 1963 Colorado Revised
Statutes, as amended, The City of Aspen has mailed copies of
the attached Resolution No. 6 (Series of 1973) of the City
Council of the City of Aspen, which Resolution recites the
said City Council's ~tention to establish a pedestrian mall
in the City of Aspen, to all persons holding a legal or
equitable interest of record in property abutting on the
proposed mall. The following is a list of the persons to
whom such notice has been sent:

All persons receiving or acquiring an interest in any
portion of the above-described property between the dar of
recording hereof and June 4, 1973 are hereby placed on notice
as to the nature of the proceedings in connection with the
proposed pedestrian mall and as to their rights with respect
to such proceedings.
