RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen is the owner of certain
real property located in Pitkin County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Aspen
desires that said property be permanently dedicated to the
people of Pitkin County for park and recreation purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
described property be and hereby is permanently dedicated and
set aside for use by the public for park and recreation purposes:
PAEPCKE PARK:
Ail of Block 67, in and to
the City and Townsite of
Aspen, Colorado.
GLORY HOLE PARK:
A tract of land situate
in the Ute Addition, City of
Aspen, County of Pitkin, State
of Colorado, described as follows:
Beginning at a point from
whence the Southeast Corner of
Block 113, of the Townsite and
City of Aspen bears

AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of the above
described parcels of land shall be designated as a public park
on the official plat of the City of Aspen, Colorado.
