HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.hpc.043-1999RESOLUTION OF THE ASPEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE ISIS THEATER, LOCATED AT 406 E. HOPKINS AVENUE, ASPEN, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 43, SERIES OF 1999 WHEREAS, the applicant, Isis LLC, represented by Charles Cunniffe Architects, has requested an amendment to the final approval for the property located at 406 E. Hopkins Avenue. The property is a designated historic landmark and is located within the Commercial Core Historic District; and WltEREAS, thc project monitors, Roger Moyer and Sn?annah Reid reviewed the amendment and elected to refer it to the full Historic Preservation Commission for a decision; and WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission on September 8, 1999, the Commission considered and approved the amendment by a vote of 3-2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That an amendment to the final approval for 406 E. Hopkins Avenue, thc Isis Theater, Aspen, Colorado, be approved as follows: L New windows may be installed on the north side of the free market unit as presented to HPC.
