The approval was formalized through the adoption of HPC'Resolution #9, Series of 2004, and stated that the board was approving the plan as it was represented at the public hearing. One aspect of the plan that was brought before HPC was a proposal to lower the height of the shed by reconstructing the roof pitch. At your request, I have recently re-visited this issue with Valerie Alexander, the project monitor assigned to your house, and we are no longer requiring the roof change given the structure's limited visibility by the public. I understand that you wish to have this amendment recorded, which will be handled by the Aspen City Clerk's office.
