dize ti~e economy of Pitkin County by a reduction of the stream
and the water necessary zor the-protection oz fish ana wildlife,

all 'further water diversions from the P. oarinS ~ozk River until
it is knovm ~p-ond a reasonable doubt wNat 'i:l~e present and future
water needs of western Colorado are and to what extent water is
avai!ahle to satisfy both the exist' ~
