HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.029-93 RESOLUTION OF THE ASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE TRANSIERRA STREAM MARGIN REVIEW LOCATED AT 1410 RED BUTTE DRIVE (LOT 7 BLOCK 1, RED BUTTE SUBDIVISION) Resolution No. 93- WHEREAS, the Transierra Corporation submitted for approval to the Commission an application for Stream Margin Review for the expansion of an existing single family residence; and WHEREAS, the Planning staff received referral comments from the Engineering Department, Parks Department, and Housing Office and upon consideration of those comments recommended approval of the Stream Margin Review with conditions; and WHEREAS, the Commission reviewed and approved the Stream Margin Review with conditions by a 5-0 vote on December 7,. 1993. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission also acknowledged the proposed alterations to the approved accessory dwelling within the reconfigured residence. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission- That it does hereby approve the Transierra Stream Margin Review with conditions as follows- Prior to the issuance of any building permits: 1. Specific information is required regarding soils erosion protection into the river. 2. The Parks Department requires tree removal permits for any trees over 6" in diameter. 3. Existing trees in the rear yard shall be protected from excavation or soil placement within the dripline by means of protection barricades. These shall be identified and detailed on the building permit site plan/landsCape plan. 4. Ail material representations made by the applicant in the application and during public meetings with the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be adhered to and considered conditions of approval, unless otherwise amended by other conditions.
