1989 RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution regarding conflict of interest and amendments to
article 4 of the Land Use Code
2. Resolution approving the Rio Grande Final SPA and GMQS
Exemption for the Pitkin County Library, parking facility
and transportation center
3. Resolution recommending that corrections be made to the
Aspen Land Use Regulations.
4. Resolution recommending the adoption of amendments to the
Aspen Land Use Regulations to provide incentives for the
adaptive reuse of historic landmarks.
5. Stating the position of the Commission with respect to the
use of the Rio Grande right-of-way as a valley long
transportation corridor
6. That City Council approve with conditions the conceptual PUD
submission for Aspen Greens.
7. Granting special review approval for parking and
recommending consolidated PUD and RMF rezoning approval of
the Holiday House expansion to the City Council.
8. Recommending the adoption of the open space code amendment
in the Aspen Land Use Code. (European Inn)
9. Recommending that the city council of Aspen allocate the
1989 Lodge Preservation Development allotment to European
Inn.
10. Regarding review and comment for the State Highway 82 East
of Basalt to Aspen Draft Environmental Impact Statement/4(f)

11. Granting Approval Of Thai Kitchen As A Conditional use in
the C-1 Zone District.
12. Recommending that the City. Council of Aspen Allocate the
1989 Lodge Preservation Development Allotment to the
European Inn
13. Recommending the Adoption of the Open Space Code Amendment
in the Aspen Land Use Code
14. Approval of the Butera Stream Margin Review for Lot 14W,
Callahan Subdivision
15. Recommending the Approval of 1001 Ute Avenue 8040 Greenline,
Conditional Use, & GMQS Exemption
16. Recommending that City Council amend the Municipal Land Use
Code as Follows: Repeal Article 5, Division 7 Housing
Replacement Program and Replace it with a new chapter 18
affordable Multi-Family Housing Replacement Program Amend
Section 8-104(A) (1) (a) (1), (4) and (c) Growth Management
quota system exemption by Planning Director; Amend article 5
zone districts, permitting accessory dwelling units in
single family structures; and amend article 3 definitions,
adding housing replacement Urogram.
17. Allocate the 1988 Residential GMQS Allotment to the
Greystones and the Sportstalker Apartments
18. Means Conditional Use Review for Accessory Dwelling Unit
19. Choumas Conditional Use Review For Accessory Dwelling Unit
