HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.022-89 RESOLUTION OF THEASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVALOFTHE G~QS EXEMPTION FOR THE EXPANSION OF OFFICE USE FOR THE SHADOW MOUNTAIN BUILDING Resolution No. 89- ~ WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission held a public meeting October 3, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Shadow Mountain GMQS Exemption for Expansion of Office Use was included on the consent agenda; and WHEREAS, the Planning Staff has recommended approval of the Shadow Mountain application with a condition; and WHEREAS, the Commission approved the consent agenda. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that it does hereby approve of the GMQS Exemption for Expansion of office Use with the following condition: 1. Applicant shall insure that storage space being converted to usable/habitable space shall be made accessible to the physically disabled by means of a elevator, ramp, lift or other means acceptable to the Chief Building Official; the access design shall be reviewed and approved by the Chief Building official prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. its regular meeting on October APPROVED by the Commission at 3, 1989.
