FORT HE APPROVAL OFMAU ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT

Resolution
WHEREAS, P. Kalei Mau submitted an application for
Conditional Use to allow an Accessory Dwelling Unit to
voluntarily developed within his residence at 1105 Waters
and
WHEREAS,
reviewed the
conditions; and

the Planning and Engineering Departments had
application and recommended approval with
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission met on March
20, 1990 and having considered the Planning Office's
recommendation, approved the application pursuant to Section
5-508 of the Aspen Land Use Code with conditions.
NOW, '£~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the
Conditional Use for an Accessory Dwelling
the following conditions:
Commission: That the
Unit is approved with
1. Inclusion on the site plan of any additional utilities or
trash access if the applicant intends to add them.
2. The owner is allowed to remove the Accessory Dwelling
Unit in the future.
3. The Accessory Dwelling Unit must be deed restricted with
the Housing Authority as a resident occupied unit with a six
month minimum lease.
APPROVED by the Commission at its regular meeting on March
20, 1990.
