(LOTS K ~TD L BLOCK 99, TO~TNSITE OF ASPEN) IN THE NANE OF MRS° GOODRICH TAYLOR Resolution No. 9~- ~ WHEREAS, Gibson and Reno Architects submitted an application on behalf of Mrs. Goodrich Taylor to the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission to change the use of approximately 300 square feet of second floor office space to free market residential use in order to add a den/library and bathroom to the existing apartment; and WHEREAS, there would be a decrease in parking demand and employee generation because of the change in use; WHEREAS, there would be no visual impacts or increased demand on public facilities caused by the change in use; and WHEREAS, the Planning office reviewed the application pursuant to Section 24-8-104 B. of the Aspen Municipal Code and recommended approval with no conditions; and WHEREAS, at a regularly scheduled meeting on July 16, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposal and the Planning Office's recommendation and approved the change in use by a 6-0 vote. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that it does hereby approve the Taylor Growth Management Exemption for Change in Use from office use to residential use for approximately 300 square feet of area.
