NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission, that it does hereby recommend that City Council amend Section 24-3.2 of the Municipal Code by making satellite dish an- tennaes a conditional use in all zones in the City of Aspen. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission that it does hereby recommend that City Council adopt a new Section 24-3.7(p) of the Municipal Code,' to read as follows: "(~) Satellite Dish Antennae. Satellite dish antennae shall be a conditional use in all zone districts, and shall be evaluated according to the following criteria: (1) (3) (4) The installation of a satellite dish antennae shall not cause a violation of area and bulk re- quirements within the zone without a variance granted by the Board of Adjustments.
