HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.010-79RESOLUTION OF THE ASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Re: Zoning of Midland Park Resolution No. 79-) ~) WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on July 2, 1979, continued to July 10, 1979, to consider zoning for a recently annexed area generally known as Midland Park, and further described by the legal description in Exhibit A, and WHEREAS, the Commission heard testimony from the Planning Office that R.M.F.- P.U.D. zoning was appropriate for the area given its current townhouse development and multi-family density and considering that an adjacent area on Park Circle was zoned R.M.F., and also in view of the fact that this was an employee housing project granted multi-family density in return for commitment to housing price guidelines, and WHEREAS, there were no objections from the public. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission that it does recommend to the Aspen City Council that the area known as Midland Park be zoned R.M.F.-P.U.D.
