HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.007-77ASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Resolution No. ~ (Series of 1977) WHEREAS, HAL CLARK has served the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission as Assistant Planner and Land Use Administrator from July, 1975 to June of 1977, and WHEREAS, his services over the past two years have included assistance to applicants before this Board; processing of myriad subdivision, pud, conditional use and other land use applications; recommendations to this commission; and participation in long range planning, and WHEREAS, Hal devoted an extraordinary amount of time and energy to his work, provided thoughtful analysis and insight in the area of land use, withstood the tremendous pressures of his job with patience and above all contributed a remarkable degree of good humor and intelligence in all of his dealings with the public, his associates and this commission and, WHEREAS, HAL CLARK has served not only the City of Aspen but also Pitkin County with similar devotion and style over the past several years. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: That HAL CLARK be, and hereby is, commended for his many contributions to the City of Aspen which have greatly promoted the planning function in this community. 2. That this commendation be made a matter of public record and that a copy hereof be forwarded to HAL CLARK on its adoption.
