HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.004-75IVIARCH, 1975 RESOLUTION NO. 4 (Series of 1975) ASPENPLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION EXEMPTION FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION ~HEREAS, Block 106 Associates, a Cotorado limited partnership, have made appiication for an exemption from the definition of subdivision pursuant to Section 20-10 {c} of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, Colorado, and WHEREAS,' the request is to divide Lots M, N, O, P, Q and east one hal.f of Lot L, Block 106, City and Townsite of Aspen into condominium interests, being already platted lots and block, and WHEREAS, Ordinance 19, Series of 1973 approval was conditioned on not individually condominizing the dwelling units in the proposed structure, and eight (8) leases to WHEREAS, Block 106 Associates has agreed to sell the dwelling units as one interest and to limit the rental one year minimums, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission exempt the instant tract from the definition ASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION DATED THIS DAY OF -'¥f ... , 1975.
